Job Description

We are looking for an SAP FICO Coordinator who can act as the single point of contact between business stakeholders, the internal IT team, and external SAP vendors. This is a strategic coordination role that requires someone with solid FICO domain understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple parties under pressure without losing clarity or professionalism.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary bridge between the finance/business team, IT team, and SAP vendor for all SAP-related issues and projects
  • Triage production issues, identify the right stakeholders to involve, and drive resolution end to end
  • Coordinate support requirements from both business and IT sides and ensure accountability at each step
  • Track and report status of ongoing SAP projects to both IT and business leadership
  • Identify roadblocks early and escalate appropriately without waiting for situations to deteriorate
  • Ensure vendor deliverables are on track and flag deviations proactively
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and project progress
  • Oversee small to mid-size SAP change requests from initiation through delivery

Requirements

  • Hands-on understanding of SAP FICO (FI module especially), enough to independently assess the nature and severity of issues
  • Prior experience working in a coordination, BA, or project oversight role within an SAP environment
  • Ability to manage end users, IT teams, and vendor teams simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication, the ability to communicate the same issue clearly to a finance user and a technical team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing or enterprise environment
  • Must be locally based or willing to relocate to Bidadi

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a large enterprise or manufacturing environment
  • Exposure to SAP MM in addition to FICO
  • Experience managing vendor SLAs and escalation workflows
  • Someone who has worked on-site at a client location and understands client-facing accountability
