Job Description:

We’re seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant to play a key role in the design, build, and delivery of innovative SAP solutions across end-to-end project lifecycles. This role blends strong technical configuration skills with business process insight and leadership capability.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the design, configuration, and integration of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling solutions
Conduct FIT/GAP analysis and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and process architects
Customise and optimise SAP FICO modules in line with business requirements and industry best practices
Provide production support, including monitoring critical data feeds and resolving system incidents
Drive resolution of functional defects and issues through structured analysis and stakeholder collaboration
Implement minor system enhancements, mapping table changes, and configuration updates
Act as a trusted advisor to business users and power users, offering deep subject matter expertise
Support the planning and execution of full implementation projects, upgrades, or rollouts

Requirements:

Australian Citizenship
Baseline Security Clearance (AGSVA)
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including at least 3 full end-to-end project lifecycles
Deep functional expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling, with broad knowledge of related modules
Strong capability in process design, solution architecture, and system configuration
Proven experience leading client workshops and translating business requirements into SAP solutions
Solid understanding of SAP core data structures, financial processes, and system integration points
Ability to support and resolve complex functional issues and incidents
Strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
Effective presentation and client engagement skills
A proactive, consultative approach to building relationships and solving business problems
A desire to step into team leadership or project management responsibilities
Strong interest in expanding your professional network within the SAP ecosystem
Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and delivering high-quality outcomes
