Expert in design/implementation/consulting for FICO domain on ECC
SAP FICO certification is plus
At least 3 End to End Implementations in SAP FICO Module (ECC) – Preference for Manufacturing and Retail Industries Implementation experience
Specialized in design and configuration of SAP FICO module
Extensive experience in configuring and implementing Material Ledger functionality
Ensure integration with Inventory Management for tracking material movements
Verify the reconciliation of material stock accounts with general ledger accounts in multiple currencies to provide accurate material evaluation
Candidate capable and well Experienced in leading Business Process Workshop and identify the GAP with proposed solution in identified Gaps
Business core stakeholders’ interaction to nail down the requirements and articulate with proposed solutions
Able to Prepare/Write Detailed functional specifications for Business requirement

Job Responsibility

Lead full lifecycle End to End Implementation for EU clients
Interact with multiple contributors on non-SAP satellite applications and lead the integration
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO functionalities

CA/ICWA/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred
Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO modules within S/4HANA environments
Sound knowledge of financial processes and accounting fundamentals
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Good experience working with global clients and on-site travel
SAP FICO certification is an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Master’s degree preferred
SAP S/4HANA PP/QM certification is a plus

Job Responsibility

Lead 2+ full-cycle S/4HANA Greenfield implementations, including workshops, documentation (BPD, FSD, FDD), WRICEF coordination, and testing phases (SIT/UAT)
Act as a functional lead in SAP FI/CO, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Costing, PCA, and Product Costing
Collaborate with global stakeholders to prepare Blueprints, Gap Analysis, BPML, and RICEFW estimations
Prepare IDoc mappings, functional documentation, and interface specifications
Design visual process flows using tools like Visio / ARIS and apply SAP Best Practices
Provide end-to-end issue resolution, change management, and incident support
Work closely with ABAP teams for build phase and support cross-module integration (MM, SD, PP, PM, HR)
Deliver trainings and workshops to users and stakeholders

8-10 years design/implementation/consulting with SAP FI/CO
minimum 1 full-time participation in S4 Hana Greenfield implementation in the European project
very good understanding of IDoc structure and how to prepare mapping from a functional point of view
