Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced S/4HANA Public Cloud Support Consultant with expertise in FI/CO to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting and maintaining SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration across various modules. As an S/4HANA Public Cloud Support Consultant, you will actively participate in ongoing support, bi-annual post-upgrade tests and contribute to internal rollouts for different countries and operational companies (Opcos).

Job Responsibility

  • Provide expert support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FI/CO modules
  • Actively participate in bi-annual post-upgrade testing to ensure system stability and performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the rollout of S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions across various countries and Opcos
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner
  • Be proactive and self-sufficient in resolving and communicating client related issues and requests
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventative measures
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of support activities, issue resolutions, and system configurations
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Stay current with the latest SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud features, enhancements, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting SAP FI/CO
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
  • In-depth understanding of financial, controlling business processes and best practices
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, with a focus on support and maintenance activities
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Month end closure and Year end closure procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in MM/Professional Services modules
  • SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, Materials Management, and/or Professional Services
  • Knowledge of Internal Orders and/or Materials Management (MM), Professional Services
