Job Description

In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Donauwörth as soon as possible as our new SAP Specialist for Finance (m/d/f) - SAP Cost Accounting & Controlling. You will join the Finance Transformation & Systems team at Airbus Helicopters, working in an international, multicultural environment connected with the global Airbus Finance network.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and maintain SAP FI/CO processes within the new S/4 HANA program
  • Act as a key partner in transforming Finance operations by leveraging SAP S/4 capabilities
  • Contribute to strategic projects aligning business and IT priorities across geographies
  • Support the Central Finance rollout across Airbus Group
  • Lead planning and execution of cutover activities during system migrations
  • Oversee ECC6 upgrade preparation, coordinating non-regression testing
  • Serve as focal point for the Taiwan One Roof central finance rollout
  • Act as interface between business and IT
  • Act as FI/CO subject matter expert across projects and workstreams
  • Manage the full project life cycle
  • Contribute to and/or lead multifunctional project teams
  • Drive change management within the Finance community
  • Support business partners during test execution and validation phases
  • Collaborate with IM on solution design and validation
  • Ensure continuous stability, reliability, quality, and performance of Airbus Finance Systems
  • Anticipate system evolutions, propose enhancements, and secure long-term scalability
  • Work closely with Finance business representatives to align solutions with operational needs

Requirements

  • Completed university degree
  • Years of experience on full cycle SAP FI-CO / PS implementation projects
  • Minimum 5 years in project management on Finance Systems / SAP ERP / SAP BI and Transformation projects
  • Further skills in Logistics and Manufacturing SAP modules (MM-IV, PP and SD)
  • (First) professional experience in Finance
  • A solid finance and technical background, with project management experience and passion for systems / new technologies
  • Detailed understanding of Business Processes in Finance - specifically Cost-Accounting and Controlling, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing and Logistics and its integration impacts in an integrated system
  • Negotiation skills and stakeholders management from an operational to “Top management” level
  • Passion for teamwork and collaboration spirit in an international context
  • Curiosity, promote new ideas, new ways of working and strong communication skills
  • Languages: Negotiation level of English, good German skills, French would be a plus
