Job Description

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a SAP FI/CO Senior Specialist for Finance Transformation (f/m) to join our Finance Transformation Department based in Marignane, France. As part of the Airbus Helicopters Finance network, you will lead and support Finance Systems transformation projects worldwide. Your mission is to modernize and harmonize financial processes through digital tools and innovative solutions, ensuring full alignment with Airbus Group’s overall strategy. A crucial part of the role is building a strong internal network, gaining a deep understanding of existing processes across all entities, and proposing new ways of working that deliver greater efficiency, consistency, and value.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Finance Transformation Projects: Drive initiatives to standardize, digitalize, and optimize finance processes across all Airbus Helicopters entities worldwide
  • SAP FICO Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert in SAP Finance and Controlling, delivering automated, reliable, and innovative solutions
  • End-to-End Project Management: Manage transformation projects from concept to implementation and rollout, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
  • ERP Implementation: Lead the deployment of new ERP solutions in Airbus Helicopters entities, in coordination with Airbus Group and Division transformation teams
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, IT, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure coherent and efficient systems integration
  • Change Management: Support the Finance community throughout transformation initiatives, ensuring teams adapt smoothly to new systems and processes. When required, design and deliver skill-up sessions and targeted trainings
  • Testing and Validation: Oversee testing phases and validate proposed technical solutions in collaboration with IM team
  • Global Business Partnering: Act as a trusted partner for regional finance teams, ensuring consistency and reliability in systems and data worldwide. Create synergies between central entities and the entities to prepare the future system strategy implementation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Finance transformation projects
  • SAP system management
  • Project Management within an international environment
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end integrated processes, from quotation to delivery
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multicultural and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate and communicate clearly across global teams
  • Possesses a strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to implementation and change management
  • Willing to travel internationally to support transformation projects and regional teams
