Shape the Future of Finance at Airbus: SAP FI/CO Product Manager Industrial Processes (d/f/m). Airbus Finance is undergoing a major digital transformation to support our industrial ramp-up. We're looking for an SAP FI/CO Product Manager Industrial Processes (d/f/m) to join our international, multicultural teams. You'll drive key projects within our industrial setup, shaping the future of finance across the Airbus group. The Opportunity: You'll be instrumental in: Airbus ERP Roadmap transformation: Industrializing our SAP landscape on advanced technologies like SAP S/4HANA and SAP Central Finance, driving process harmonization and efficiency for Airbus Finance. Financial Solutions Deployment: Delivering cutting-edge financial solutions for our operations Controlling & Cost Accounting departments, covering but not limited to Industrial Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, Costing, and Labor Controlling.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design processes and deliver innovative solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Design data models and solutions that foster collaboration and fit finance customer needs
  • Implement the latest SAP technologies S/4HANA, Fiori, process automation
  • Apply modern software development approaches (Agile, Design Thinking) to ensure data integrity and stable IM operations across our landscape
  • Architect and deliver robust solutions with SAP FI/CO with good integrative knowledge on end-to-end process flows
  • Act as the direct counterpart for Controlling & Cost Accounting users, translating business requirements
  • Take ownership of solution design, product development, testing, and implementation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with strong functional and customizing expertise in SAP FI/CO with S/4 transformation experiences (Greenfield or Brownfield)
  • Hands-on experience in leading projects
  • Robust expertise in Finance and particularly in Inventory Accounting and Cost Control with an integrative view on MM, WM, PP, and SD
  • ABAP basics (debugging, read coding)
  • Experience with interfaces like IDOCs, SAP PI, and ideally, S/4HANA transformation projects
  • Proven ability to develop new concepts and technical solutions
  • Good English is mandatory
  • French or German are a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
