Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Finance and Controlling processes in SAP S/4HANA (Private and Public Cloud), including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Period Closing, Treasury, Group Reporting, and Cost Accounting (Cost Elements, Cost Centers, Internal Orders)
  • Take a lead role in pre-sales activities by facilitating client discovery workshops, scoping solution approaches, preparing tailored demonstrations, and collaborating with sales and business development teams to shape proposals and delivery models aligned with client objectives
  • Support the development of proposals and RFP responses focused on Finance transformation enabled by SAP S/4HANA Cloud under the RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP offerings
  • Deliver full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations using Agile and SAP Activate methodologies, including rollouts, conversions, migrations, and enhancement projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of Finance with other SAP modules and third-party systems
  • Facilitate client workshops and training sessions to manage scope, ensure alignment, and support successful adoption
  • Support the growth of the S/4HANA Implementation Practice by contributing to team development, knowledge sharing, and the evolution of delivery approaches and methodologies
  • Stay current with SAP innovations and roadmap updates related to Finance functionality within S/4HANA Cloud

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant SAP FI/CO consulting or industry experience
  • Deep understanding of SAP FI/CO capabilities and differences across SAP ECC, S/4HANA Private Cloud, and S/4HANA Public Cloud
  • Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud (RISE or GROW) implementations from pre-sales to delivery, with at least one in a workstream lead role
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities across the sales cycle, with the ability to position S/4HANA Cloud value, tailor messaging for stakeholders, and align scope with business priorities
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and SAP Activate project delivery methodologies
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP topics, including extensibility, integration (SAP Integration Suite), analytics (SAP Analytics Cloud), and business process automation as they apply to Finance
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% across the US for client engagements
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

  • SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversions and Finance data migrations
