At cBEYONData, our SAP Federal Functional Consultants help ensure our customers possess a robust combination of functional skills, industry knowledge, and the strategic insight necessary to ensure successful ERP implementations and optimizations. We are dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovation to drive our clients' business forward. We are currently looking for a seasoned SAP Federal Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' SAP landscapes and ensuring the alignment of the SAP solutions with their business requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for gathering and maintaining business and system requirements for mid to large enterprise applications
  • Solution Design: Design and document SAP Federal Financials solutions, including configuration and customization to address client requirements
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP Federal Financials and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) as well as third-party systems
  • Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and strategies to ensure architectural vision is fully aligned with those objectives and strategies
  • Conduct workshops with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their current business processes, issues, SAP footprint, future goals, and objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to guide and integrate diverse stakeholder requirements into a holistic BPR approach
  • Prepare and present briefings to the client and program leads on approach, courses of action, and implementation status
  • S/4HANA Implementation: Lead or participate in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Financials, including planning, blueprinting, and realization phases
  • S/4HANA Best Practices: Leverage S/4HANA best practices and pre-configured solutions to optimize financial processes and implement innovations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Experience supporting Navy ERP solutions
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in business process analysis/management, enterprise solution implementations, operations analysis and/or strategic planning and a background in management consulting
  • Experience in planning and leading requirements analysis workshops with stakeholders and Functional POC’s in the Federal government sector
  • Experience working within a Software/Systems Development Life Cycle with solid understanding of the roles and tasks involved
  • Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
  • Experience with multiple software development methodologies to include agile methodologies such as scrum or Scaled Agile Framework
  • Ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization and possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated cross-functional team collaboration skills in a rapidly changing, high intensity, mission-oriented work environment
  • Strong professional, interpersonal, and organizational skills
