Boeing Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) is currently looking for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Experienced Functional Lead Analyst. This position will focus on implementation and support of SAP projects based on S4 Hana technology. A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will focus on working directly with multiple stakeholders including business, solution architects and developers to implement and support SAP.

Job Responsibility:

  • Independently take up, lead and participate in Requirement gathering workshops, Document preparation, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, Realization and Deployment
  • EWM Functional Domain process expertise
  • Good cross-modules knowledge and able to architect integrated logistics solutions
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
  • Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs
  • create and update associated documentation
  • Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues
  • Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
  • Flexibility to work with overlapping time zones with the US teams
  • Define requirements and designs and verify robust architecture data and information management systems and components across SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Establish design constraints and ensure architecture conforms to requirements
  • Assess the feasibility of architecture solutions and alternatives based on SAP and industry best practices
  • Perform trade-off analyses
  • Responsible for process analysis, functional and logical system design, configuration and implementation
  • Lead team members to ensure appropriate integration of processes and modules across the organization
  • Leading the evaluation of new releases or alternate software, reviewing business and technical literature and interacting with analysts and user groups
  • Leading the development and configuration management of architecture views and models that describe the system using standard techniques and tools
  • Supporting the specification of documentation and model standard forms and tools
  • Ensure that all SAP solutions follow security, compliance controls, and conformance to firms IT security standard
  • Working with the ERP Architect colleagues, manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of SAP systems and capabilities in the ERP ecosystem

Requirements:

  • Technical Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
  • 12+ years of total IT SAP experience
  • 10+ years of experience in configuring, implementing and maintaining SAP WM & EWM solutions
  • 4+ years of experience as Lead in S4Hana projects using Activate Methodology
  • 2+ full lifecycle implementations in SAP EWM module
  • Able to define technology-enabled solutions, prototype and configure SAP-LE and EWM systems with high proficiency
  • Integration knowledge of SAP EWM with SAP SD, LE, MM, PP, TM & SAP EHS modules
  • In-depth knowledge of PPF, Wave Management, Kitting, Slotting, Yard Management, Labour Management, RFUI and Warehouse Cockpit in EWM
  • Relevant Industry certifications for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
  • Ability to assist with assessments of the impact of architectural decisions across applications
  • Understanding of full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various functional architecture solutions
  • SAP EWM Certification
  • Must be a US Person to apply (Green Card hold or US Citizen)
  • Prefer candidate to live in Seattle, St. Louis, or Philadelphia area but will consider anyone who lives near a Boeing facility in the USA
