Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM (SCM) Consultant to support global SAP logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced SAP support, resolving complex incidents, and contributing to the continuous improvement of warehouse and supply chain processes within a global environment. You will work closely with international SAP teams and business stakeholders, ensuring stable operations and effective execution of logistics processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line SAP support (incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution)
  • Support SAP EWM processes and related logistics flows
  • Work on SAP integrations (IDocs, inbound/outbound interfaces)
  • Participate in root cause analysis of major incidents
  • Maintain and improve SAP configurations and existing processes
  • Support rollouts in new warehouses and entities
  • Collaborate with business users and global IT teams
  • Provide support and guidance to key users when needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SAP consulting experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM
  • Solid knowledge of SAP logistics modules (MM, LE, WM, PP)
  • Experience with SAP integrations (IDocs, interfaces, inbound/outbound flows)
  • Strong background in 2nd/3rd line SAP support
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, request management)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in global teams
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
