Job Description:

Sopra Steria, a major Tech player in Europe with 50,000 employees in nearly 30 countries, seeks a SAP EWM Lead Functional Analyst. Candidates will focus on EWM business processes and system design with variant config, client-facing roles, and ITIL support within a multi-shift model.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and work as a subject matter expert in the EWM area
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure holistic understanding of EWM business processes
Offer client-facing support with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

SAP EWM Functional experience between 8 and 10 years
Minimum 1 E2E implementation & 2 support projects
Work self-directed and independently
Able to lead and work as a subject matter expert in the EWM area
Holistic understanding of EWM business processes with system design with variant config
Integration knowledge of SD, MM, TM, PP, QM
Experience in client-facing roles
Strong technical and non-technical communication skills and customer-oriented behavior
Very strong business problem-solving skills
Good ITIL process knowledge
Ready to work in multi-shift model (24X7)
