Job Responsibility

Ensure seamless integration of WM/EWM with MM, SD, LE, and TM, and support interfaces with warehouse automation systems, RF frameworks, and third-party logistics providers
Engage with warehouse and logistics stakeholders to gather requirements, lead fit-to-standard workshops, and translate operational needs into SAP WM/EWM functional solutions
Prepare and execute unit and integration testing, support UAT, assist cutover activities, and provide post-go-live hypercare to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Handle EWM-related incidents and change requests, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure system stability and performance within defined SLAs
Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, and SOPs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency and system usage
