8+ years of experience in SAP EWM(embedded or decentralized)
Strong experience with MES-EWM integration
Good knowledge of RF framework, handling units, and Warehouse Monitor
Familiarity with IDocs, BAPIs
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to lead workshops and interact with business

Job Responsibility

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP EWM solutions tailored for the supply chain
Work closely with the MES team to design and implement robust EWM-MES integration for real-time data exchange and process automation
Manage and support end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, staging, and inventory management
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs
Conduct system testing, validation, and support go-live activities
Provide support during UAT, issue resolution, and hyper care phases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, production, and IT
Additional gather user requirements and business understanding

Requirements

At least 4 years of functional experience with SAP EWM and the interface processes to the connected process areas – including but not limited to deep process knowledge, understanding of customizing, several years of consulting and rollout experience, test management and user support and training
good competence concerning warehouse management solutions in automotive industry
ability to coordinate a larger number of requirements and project activities, considering schedules and priorities
self-organization, structured, responsible and goal-oriented
analytical thinking and the competence to design holistic, sustainable solutions
good communication and presentation skills
bachelor degree in IT, Business Administration or Economics
excellent command of English
willingness to travel

Job Responsibility

Use skills and knowledge in the area of Intralogistics-to-Demand, covering all logistics execution processes in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA applications
participate in driving digital transformation projects to successful rollout implementations
coordinate and facilitate process standardization with other Process Experts, the Process Managers, and the IT departments
