Job Responsibility:

  • Solution design, proposals, and requirements gathering/documentation
  • Designs SAP EWM solutions to business problems in alignment with the organization’s architecture standards
  • Identifies, analyzes, and resolves system design weaknesses, drives system process re-engineering efforts with key business partners and solution teams
  • Supports major aspects of the architecture of the SAP EWM applications, including components such as user interface, middleware, and infrastructure integration points
  • Can work across solution teams to ensure proper system/data integration
  • Build and deliver executive communication regarding project strategy decisions on scope, cost, and quality
  • Act as an escalation point for solution design or troubleshooting with the client
  • Participate in the Mentorship program
  • Successfully implement business processes and develop solutions in the area of Supply Chain Execution based on SAP EWM
  • Configure SAP EWM incl. doing tests, writing documentation, and performing validation
  • Support the development team by creating specifications and test scripts
  • Take responsibility for the planning and implementation of EWM projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ Full cycle EWM Implementation
  • Min 1 Full Cycle EWM Implementation in the EWM Architect role
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in implementation and configuring SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) functionality as a consultant
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP MM, SAP ERP WMS modules
  • Knowledge of SAP EWM, decentralized EWM, and Cloud WM in S/4HANA solutions
  • Experience in EWM-TM integration, EWM-MM integration, EWM-QM integration
  • Knowledge of interfaces, key integration points, and best practices
  • Experience in warehouse structure configuration
  • Knowledge of the Inbound, Outbound, Replenishment, and Physical Inventory EWM processes. Experience in the configuration of the put away and removal strategies
  • Knowledge of process-oriented storage control & layout-oriented storage control
  • Knowledge of the Cross Docking process
  • Knowledge of RF Framework and configuration of the RF screens for different mobile devices
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
