Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Configuration: Design, configure, and implement SAP EM solutions to track and monitor business processes. Process Tracking: Configure Expected Events, Unexpected Events, and Event Processors to automate alerts and actions. Integration: Integrate SAP EM with other SAP modules (SAP S/4HANA, TM, WM, GTS) and external, non-SAP systems using RFCs, IDOCs, and XML/PI. Rule Set Management: Develop and manage Event Handlers, Rule Sets, and Web Interface functionalities. Data Analysis: Perform data mapping, migration, and ensure data integrity within the SAP EM landscape. Support & Documentation: Provide functional/technical support, troubleshoot, and create functional specifications and test plans. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Proven experience as an SAP Event Management Consultant or Specialist. SAP Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), and related modules. Technical Skills: Experience with RFCs, IDOCs, BAPI, and XML. Functional Skills: Expertise in supply chain visibility, event monitoring, and exception management. Communication: Excellent collaboration skills to work with business users and technical teams. Key Objectives: Provide real-time end-to-end business process visibility. Automate detection of deviations and reactions to events. Optimize supply chain efficiency and performance.
