Job Responsibility:

Lead end-to-end SAP EHS implementations, focusing on Workplace Safety and Environment Management
Configure and customize SAP EHS solutions to meet business requirements
Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications
Perform system and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
Deliver training, documentation, and user guidelines
Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP integration and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in SAP EHS, with a focus on Workplace Safety and Environment Management
Proven track record in implementation, configuration, and support of SAP EHS modules
Strong understanding of health & safety processes, risk assessment, incident management, and environmental compliance
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with related modules (PM, MM, HR, etc.)
Ability to gather business requirements, design solutions, and drive workshops with stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and international teams
English B2+
