Job Description:

As the SAP ECC Rollout Project Manager, you will ensure that the rollout stays on track by driving clear planning, resolving blockers, and aligning local business requirements with the global SAP template. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication skills, pragmatic decision-making, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and stabilize the SAP ECC rollout project during a critical delivery phase
  • Develop, maintain and drive detailed project plans, timelines and milestones
  • Act as the main coordination point between business stakeholders, plant teams, and external partners
  • Facilitate discussions around local requirements vs. the global template, ensuring alignment and clear decisions
  • Identify project risks and issues early, drive resolution and unblock delivery
  • Manage dependencies and coordinate work across multiple parties
  • Handle conflict situations and mediate when stakeholder positions become entrenched
  • Ensure clear, structured communication and regular project status reporting
  • Support onsite meetings at the production plant near Warsaw (approx. 40 minutes from the city)

Requirements:

  • Strong project leadership experience in SAP, with ECC rollout experience preferred
  • Proven track record in managing ERP rollouts and steering complex project timelines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coordinating work between business teams and external implementation partners
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Ability to manage conflict and drive alignment in challenging situations
  • Immediate availability
  • Fluent English (project language)
  • German - highly beneficial
  • Polish - a strong plus, due to cooperation with local plant teams near Warsaw

Nice to have:

  • Experience in SAP ECC projects where coordination and governance were more critical than heavy technical complexity
