Seeking a SAP EC Lead ATC: Rhino, are you there? At WE ARE META, we focus on finding the perfect match between our Rhinos and our clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP EC, with a strong focus on project implementations
  • Proven experience in delivering at least 3 end-to-end SAP EC implementation projects
  • Ability to lead and coordinate activities within SAP EC implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP EC configuration
  • Experience working in international or multi-stakeholder environments
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • English and Dutch proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Availability for a hybrid work model, 1 time a week in the Lisbon office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit)
