Job Description:

Our Vancouver based client is looking for an experienced SAP EAM Manager / Senior Manager to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA program within the Mining & Metals sector. This is a HYBRID role, with some travel, requires strong functional leadership, deep EAM expertise, and the ability to work across multiple workstreams in a complex enterprise environment.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of SAP EAM experience
  • Mandatory experience in Mining & Metals industry
  • Hands-on involvement in at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations with EAM as a core module
  • Strong expertise in EAM Phase Model Configuration and RSH scheduling tool
  • Experience working with SAP Fiori apps for EAM
  • Deep understanding of asset lifecycle management in asset-intensive environments
  • Experience supporting cross-functional workstreams (Reporting & Analytics, Integrations, Security)
  • EAM data migration experience
  • Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
