Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP delivery professional to lead large-scale ERP implementations and rollouts, ensuring high-quality delivery across SAP FIN/SCM domains. This role focuses on driving programme execution across people, process, and technology, while managing stakeholders, timelines, and costs effectively within global delivery environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, timelines, and budget
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering data, processes, systems, and people
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders and operating companies to align deliverables and execution plans
  • Act as a central point for programme governance, escalation management, and stakeholder communication
  • Oversee implementation activities including testing, training, deployment, and data migration
  • Balance delivery approaches across Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
  • Drive collaboration between shared services, system integrators, and Centres of Excellence
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to IT and compliance standards (including SOX)
  • Lead local implementation teams, manage risks, and ensure alignment with transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • Experienced in delivering ERP programmes with 8–10 years in SAP project environments
  • Proven track record of leading at least two end-to-end SAP implementations in FIN or SCM
  • Strong understanding of SAP capabilities, project delivery methodologies, and system landscapes
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and cross-functional coordination
  • Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and planning
  • Able to work in dynamic, global environments and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and ownership mindset
  • Holds relevant qualifications in engineering, business, or related fields
  • certifications in Scrum, ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 are advantageous
