SAP Data Migration & MDG Expert

• Lead data migration activities from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
• Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA MDG solutions
• Drive Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI) and Business Partner implementation
• Provide expertise in data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
• Guide and mentor the data migration team to ensure best practices and quality deliverables
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to maintain data integrity and governance
• Support pre-sales activities, including demos, workshops, and proposals

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP Data Migration experience, with at least 7+ years hands-on
• Strong knowledge of ECC to S/4HANA migration strategies (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield)
• Hands-on experience with: SAP MDG
• Business Partner and CVI implementation
• SAP Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC), LSMW
• Experience with ETL tools such as SAP BODS/Data Services, SAP SLO
• Solid understanding of data cleansing, validation, and load processes
• SAP certifications (e.g., MDG, S/4HANA Cloud) highly desirable
