Job Responsibility

Design, configure, and implement SAP OpenText solutions tailored to business needs, including Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Extended ECM (xECM)
Integrate OpenText with SAP modules for document management, workflow automation, and archiving
Customize and optimize OpenText extensions to enhance business processes and ensure system efficiency
Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and custom solutions, including troubleshooting of IDOCs, APIs, and BAPIs
Perform system upgrades, apply patches, and ensure ongoing performance optimization
Provide end-user training and prepare documentation, such as user manuals and best practices
Ensure compliance with audit, GDPR, and data retention policies, including security and access controls
