We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Analyst to support the migration of SAP. This role sits at the intersection of business process, data, and SAP functional teams and is critical to ensuring data accuracy, alignment, and readiness ahead of multiple planned data uploads throughout the year. This is not a highly technical SAP configuration role. Success in this position requires strong SAP functional knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead data mapping and validation efforts across business stakeholders, functional consultants, and a System Integrator (VAR).
Job Responsibility:
Lead data mapping and data collection sessions with business stakeholders to document current-state and future-state data requirements
Act as the liaison between internal business process leaders, SAP functional consultants, and the offshore System Integration (SI) team
Validate data prepared and loaded by the offshore SI team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with SAP standards
Own and manage approximately 70 SAP data objects that will be used over the next several years
Coordinate with the VAR to execute 5–6 scheduled data uploads per year
Ensure SAP data templates (provided by the VAR) are completed accurately and on time
Support faster data validation efforts using Power BI and other reporting tools leveraged by the team
Lead and facilitate meetings, drive decisions, document outcomes, and track completion of deliverables
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-moving project environment
Requirements:
Hands-on experience working with SAP data and business processes, ideally within manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of SAP EWM and SAP QM (Plant Maintenance knowledge is helpful but not required)
Experience supporting SAP migrations or large-scale SAP initiatives, particularly from a data perspective
Proven ability to lead meetings with diverse audiences, including business users with limited SAP or data experience
Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through skills
Ability to “own the process” — driving clarity, accountability, and completion
Comfortable working with VARs, system integrators, and offshore teams
Nice to have:
Experience supporting multi-site or multi-plant SAP implementations
Exposure to Power BI or similar tools for data validation and reporting
Background in data governance, data quality, or master data management within SAP
