At DEPT®, we support brands in designing and implementing scalable CRM and customer data solutions. We’re looking for a SAP CX Consultant with experience in Emarsys and/or SAP Customer Data Cloud who can combine CRM execution with a solid technical understanding of data, identity, and integrations. You’ll be part of our CRM Practice, consisting of CRM Engineering, CRM Strategy, and CRM Activation. Together, we design, build, and bring customer journeys to life, combining strategy, technology, and execution to create meaningful, scalable customer experiences for brands like GANT, Inter Milan, bol.com, and Just Eat Takeaway.
Job Responsibility:
Translate lifecycle and campaign requirements into scalable SAP CX solutions
Build and manage customer segmentation and audiences in Emarsys and/or SAP CDC
Create, configure, and roll out automated customer journeys and CRM campaigns
Execute campaigns across email, push, and other supported channels
Configure customer profiles, identity, and consent flows in SAP Customer Data Cloud
Ensure accurate data flows between CDC, Emarsys, and connected systems
Perform QA, testing, and coordinated campaign go-lives
Monitor campaign and journey performance and support optimisation initiatives
Collaborate closely with CRM Strategy, Activation, and Engineering colleagues
Document configurations and follow SAP CX and CRM best practices
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Emarsys and/or SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC)
Strong understanding of CRM fundamentals: segmentation, journeys, and campaign execution
Experience working with customer data, identity, and consent (GDPR)
Comfortable working in a client-facing role with clear and confident communication skills
A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a balance between marketing and technology
Ability to work independently on smaller initiatives and collaboratively on larger programmes
A proactive attitude and curiosity to deepen your expertise in SAP CX and CRM ecosystems
