Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage the cutover strategy, plan, and timeline in alignment with the overall project roadmap
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, functional, infrastructure, and business) to ensure readiness and alignment
  • Lead cutover planning workshops and define all cutover tasks, dependencies, responsibilities, and validation steps
  • Conduct mock cutovers and rehearsals to identify potential issues and ensure smooth execution
  • Oversee execution activities, including system freeze, data migration, transports, and business validation
  • Manage risk, communication, and decision-making throughout the cutover period
  • Support post-go-live activities, including hypercare transition and compliance with governance and quality standards

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Cutover Lead on SAP implementation projects (ECC or S/4HANA)
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules, data migration processes, and system landscapes
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, etc.
  • English B2+
