Job Responsibility:
Lead the technical implementation and support of SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0 modules within the AMS framework
Develop and customize SAP CRM solutions to meet ongoing business requirements
Provide continuous technical support and maintenance for SAP CRM projects, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Design and implement user-friendly interfaces for SAP CRM applications
Ensure the UI design aligns with user experience (UX) best practices and business requirements
Develop custom UI components and enhancements using SAP UI technologies (e.g., SAPUI5, Fiori)
Design and implement technical and UI solutions for activity management processes within SAP CRM
Ensure efficient tracking and management of customer interactions and activities through technical enhancements and intuitive UI designs
Develop and maintain technical and UI reports and dashboards for activity management
Configure and manage the technical and UI aspects of marketing campaigns within SAP CRM
Develop technical and UI solutions to analyze marketing data and optimize campaign performance
Collaborate with marketing teams to align CRM technical and UI strategies with business goals
Implement and support the technical and UI aspects of the SAP CRM Service module
Manage technical and UI configurations for service requests, service contracts, and service orders
Ensure timely resolution of technical and UI-related issues in customer service and enhance service delivery
Configure and manage the technical and UI components of ERMS within SAP CRM
Automate email response processes through technical solutions and intuitive UI designs to improve customer communication
Monitor and analyze technical and UI metrics related to email response efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 6 - 7 years of experience as an SAP CRM Technical Consultant with a focus on both technical and UI aspects
In-depth technical knowledge of SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0, including Activity Management, Marketing, Service, and ERMS
Strong UI/UX design and development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to have:
SAP certification in CRM
Experience with SAP UI technologies (e.g., SAPUI5, Fiori)
Experience with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA)
