Job Description:

The SAP CPI Senior Developer role requires over 8 years of experience in SAP Integration Suite, focusing on cloud integration and API management. The candidate will lead implementations, collaborate with clients, and ensure optimal integration performance. A preferred certification in SAP Integration Suite Developer is advantageous. Flexibility for non-standard shifts is required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in SAP Integration suite and in with 2 to 3 End to End Implementations
  • Should have experience of direct dealing with Clients and Business Process teams
  • Should have extensive hands-on expertise in SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI, API Management, Event Mesh, Integration Advisor, Trading Partner Management, Open Connector, Integration Assessment, Migration Assessment)
  • Should have strong background in S/4HANA integration (on-premise and cloud), interface migration, and hybrid-cloud scenarios
  • Strong hands-on in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI): iFlows, adapters, mapping (Graphical/XSLT), Groovy scripting, JMS, IDoc/SOAP/REST/OData
  • Strong hands-on in SAP API Management: API proxies, policies (OAuth, spike arrest, quotas), OpenAPI specs, lifecycle/versioning
  • Should have proficiency with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, ODATA, IDOC, SFTP, EDI), security standards, monitoring/alerting, and error handling frameworks
  • Should have deep knowledge of integration methodologies (real-time, asynchronous, event-driven, etc.), modern enterprise architecture, and design patterns
  • Should be able to work independently with customers and deliver the project
  • Should have strong expertise with Groovy scripts, good Troubleshooting knowledge in Mapping and Adapters connectivity issues
  • Should oversee development of iFlows, APIs, and adapters in SAP Integration Suite and ensure optimal configuration, performance tuning, and security compliance and collaborate with functional and technical teams for seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and third-party systems
  • Should establish integration standards, reusable assets, and governance frameworks
  • Should have good communication skills, deal with clients and explain the solution approach and alternatives
  • Must be flexible to work in shifts (non-standard) to provide global coverage to the customer
  • 60-90 days’ notice period required

  • Knowledge/Hands-on in SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, AIF, APIGEE
  • Experience in all SAP functional modules
  • SAP Certification in SAP Integration Suite Developer
