Job Description

The person in this role will be part of the development team that supports initiatives for all carrier entities, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Operations and Digital Commerce business units, inclusive of customer service, sales, marketing, B2B commerce, EDI, logistics and distribution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Integration Suite, Event Mesh, API management, and cloud-based integration architectures. This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Integration at carrier

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and optimize SAP CPI iFlows for seamless SAP S/4HANA Cloud and On-Prem integrations
  • Configure and manage SAP CPI adapters, mappings, and security settings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP CPI integration issues efficiently
  • Implement B2B and B2C integration solutions, including EDI mappings
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols such as OAuth, SSL, and SAML
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP CPI features and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP CPI, PI, and PO development

Nice to have

  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud & On-Prem integration
  • Expertise in SAP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud Connector
  • Deep knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, OData) and data formats (XML, JSON, CSV)
  • Experience with EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, AS2)
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Groovy scripting for custom logic
  • Familiarity with API management and event-driven architectures
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP CPI certification is a plus
  • Background in Agile development methodologies
