Job Description:

Join a dynamic team as a SAP FI/CO Consultant, leveraging your expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA to deliver financial solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and ensure compliance with local and international standards. Ideal for candidates with 8-10 years of experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert-level support and configuration for SAP FI/CO modules (ECC and/or S/4HANA), ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
  • Independently manage and deliver assigned tasks and projects within established timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, business, delivery) to ensure successful implementation and rollout
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex functional and technical issues in FI/CO
  • Participate in presales activities, including solution design, client workshops, and proposal development
  • Configure SAP FI for automotive-specific transactions such as dealership accounting, warranty settlements, and revenue recognition
  • Apply Activity-Based Costing (ABC) and Product Costing (PC) for accurate cost analysis in automotive manufacturing
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), IFRS, and local tax regulations
  • Localize SAP FI for Vietnam, including tax codes, chart of accounts, and reporting structures
  • Support financial reporting and inventory management for high-volume, complex parts and vehicle assembly
  • Utilize Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Profitability Analysis (COPA) to track and optimize manufacturing costs

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of SAP FI/CO experience, with hands-on expertise in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
  • Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, CCA, COPA, and Product Costing
  • Experience with rollout projects and client engagement across geographies
  • Familiarity with Vietnamese localization and automotive finance processes
  • Strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
