Responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Commissions (formerly CallidusCloud) in an AMS environment. The role ensures system stability, accurate commission calculations, and timely resolution of business issues.
Job Responsibility:
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Commissions system
Monitor daily/weekly commission runs and resolve failures
Troubleshoot calculation errors, data issues, and performance problems
Handle incident, service request, and problem tickets within SLAs
Maintain and update: Compensation plans, Crediting rules, Incentive calculations, Quotas and rate tables
Implement minor enhancements and change requests
Support new plan rollouts or modifications
Validate and process inbound data (sales transactions, HR data, etc.)
Perform data uploads, adjustments, and corrections
Ensure data accuracy for commission calculations
Work closely with Sales Ops / Finance teams
Investigate payout discrepancies and explain calculations
Provide audit support and reporting insights
Identify and fix performance bottlenecks in pipelines and calculations
Optimize batch jobs and rule execution
Maintain functional and technical documentation
Ensure audit readiness and compliance with compensation policies
Requirements:
Strong experience in SAP Commissions / CallidusCloud
Knowledge of: Incentive rules and pipelines
Compensation plan modeling
Calculation engine
SQL knowledge (for data validation and troubleshooting)
Familiarity with integrations (ETL tools, APIs)
Understanding of Sales Compensation / Incentive Management processes
Exposure to Finance/Sales Operations workflows
Analytical problem-solving skills
3–8+ years in SAP Commissions / Incentive Management
Experience in AMS support model (ticketing, SLAs, ITIL processes)
Prior experience in production support is highly preferred
