Job Description:

The SAP Commerce/Hybris Support Engineer will provide technical support for SAP Commerce platforms, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to storefronts, integrations, and performance. The role requires extensive experience in Java and SAP Commerce, along with strong problem-solving skills. Candidates should be prepared to monitor cloud environments and support CI/CD processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Troubleshoot storefront, Backoffice, OCC API, and SmartEdit issues
  • Handle incident tickets, perform impact analysis, and provide permanent fixes
  • Support SAP Commerce deployments, environment maintenance, and patches
  • Monitor application logs, JVM performance, caches, and Solr search availability
  • Identify and resolve issues related to clustering, load balancing, and database performance
  • Troubleshoot integrations with S/4HANA, ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM, payment gateways, and third-party systems
  • Validate API payloads (JSON/XML), fix sync problems, and resolve data flow failures
  • Monitor cloud deployments (SAP Commerce Cloud, AWS, Azure)
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and release deployments
  • Work with product owners, QA, DevOps, and business teams
  • Participate in problem management, preparing RCA reports and preventive action plans

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of SAP Commerce/Hybris support or development experience
  • 8+ years of strong Java/Spring and REST API debugging skills
  • 8+ years of experience with Solr, caching layers, CDN troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • 5+ years of Knowledge of SAP integrations and data models
