Job Responsibility:
Troubleshoot storefront, Backoffice, OCC API, and SmartEdit issues
Handle incident tickets, perform impact analysis, and provide permanent fixes
Support SAP Commerce deployments, environment maintenance, and patches
Monitor application logs, JVM performance, caches, and Solr search availability
Identify and resolve issues related to clustering, load balancing, and database performance
Troubleshoot integrations with S/4HANA, ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM, payment gateways, and third-party systems
Validate API payloads (JSON/XML), fix sync problems, and resolve data flow failures
