We are seeking a skilled SAP CO Consultant to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation. Job Responsibility
Support clients from the pre-sales phase by gathering requirements and defining objectives related to controlling, cost management, and financial performance.
Design tailored ERP solutions with a strong focus on SAP CO (Controlling), ensuring seamless integration with FI and other core modules to deliver end-to-end process visibility.
Oversee testing and validation of SAP CO solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and controlling objectives such as cost allocation, profitability, and reporting accuracy.
Deliver hands-on training on key controlling processes (e.g., cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, profitability analysis), enabling clients to operate independently.
Provide ongoing functional support and act as a reference point for controlling processes, budgeting, planning, and performance analysis.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous improvement of SAP Finance & Controlling solutions.
Stay up to date on SAP innovations (especially S/4HANA Finance & Controlling) and contribute to evolving the company’s offering with forward-thinking, client-centric solutions.
Requirements
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP CO (Controlling).
Participation in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations, from solution design to go-live, with a focus on controlling processes.
Solid understanding of FI-CO integration and cross-module interactions with MM, SD, and PP.
Ability to translate business needs into functional SAP CO solutions, with a strong focus on cost optimization and performance management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging both business users and technical teams.
Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with SAP Finance and Controlling trends and best practices.
Team-player mindset, with a collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to have
Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt solutions to different business models.
Knowledge of reporting tools and data analytics within ERP environments.
Certifications in SAP or related technologies.
Experience with ABAP is a plus.
Open to short, medium, and long-term travel to client sites.
Strong analytical thinking and solid organizational skills.
