Job Description:

RED now has a new contract opportunity for a SAP Cloud ALM Support & Operations Consultant to join one of our key partners for a large-scale SAP transformation programme. The initial contract will be for 6 months, with strong potential for extension across the broader project lifecycle. This contract is to start ASAP and will be fully remote.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience working across SAP environments, with a strong focus on operations and support
  • Proven experience with SAP Cloud ALM (Operations), particularly in monitoring, alerting and observability setup
  • Extensive background in SAP Basis / AMS support environments and operational service delivery
  • Strong understanding of monitoring frameworks, KPI definition, alert thresholds, and dashboarding for system health and performance
  • Hands-on experience working with SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and ideally BTP)
  • Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and L2/L3 support processes
  • Experience integrating monitoring alerts into ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Able to join ASAP

Nice to have:

Exposure to SAP Solution Manager / Focused Run is beneficial
