Job Responsibility

Change Management Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of change management activities, ensuring changes are effectively communicated, and adopted by the business. Develop and manage detailed change management plans
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to understand change impacts and develop strategies to address them
Business Process Adoption: Ensure changes to processes are effectively documented and communicated to the effected teams and wider business
Implementation: Collaborate with all departments including IT and functional teams during the cutover from current systems to the new SAP environment
Communication Strategy: Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders and the wider business informed and engaged throughout the project go-live process and into business as usual operations
Training and Support: Working with the HR training team for the creation of appropriate training material, co-ordinate the delivery of end user training for the new systems and updated processes
Resistance Management: Identify potential resistance to changes and develop strategies to mitigate these challenges
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the progress of change management activities and report on their effectiveness. Provide regular updates to senior management
