Lead a small team in support services to provide expert functional and technical system support, and advice to users of SAP and other business systems, across multiple locations, platforms and technologies.
Job Responsibility:
Lead a team of technical staff including day to day work allocation, in the provision of function and technical system support and advice to users of SAP and other business systems
Provide high quality customer service and work collaboratively with end users through the provision of support and investigative services into incidents and service requests relating to SAP
Develop, review and maintain supporting documentation to assist others in restoring services and reduce the impact of unplanned outages
Exercising judgement, analysing and interpreting complex business system issues and challenges, evaluating impacts and determining responses
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification(s) in IT or related field and/or equivalent relevant industry knowledge and experience
Demonstrated high level experience and knowledge of SAP and other business systems, functions and procedures
Nice to have:
Ideally SAP HR and Finance Functional and Technical knowledge an advantage
