Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Business Process Owner Global Team Leader to lead and manage a team responsible for driving end-to-end business process excellence within our SAP ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in aligning SAP capabilities with business strategy, ensuring optimal system utilization, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across functional areas.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a team of SAP Business Process Owners across multiple functional domains (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing)
  • Own and optimize end-to-end business processes within SAP and the connected IT eco-system, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Drive SAP transformation initiatives, including upgrades, enhancements, new module implementations, and connected IT systems
  • Serve as a liaison between business & IT to translate business needs into SAP solutions
  • Ensure data integrity, process standardization, and system governance
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and process maps
  • Monitor KPIs and process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Support change management and user adoption strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP business process ownership or related roles
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
  • Deep understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC 6.0, FICO, MM, SD, PP and S/4 HANA) and bolt-on technologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Communication skills to engage with leadership team, influence decisions, and drive change across diverse stakeholder groups

Nice to have:

  • SAP certification(s) in relevant modules
  • Experience in global SAP rollouts or transformations
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI/ML in ERP)
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR) in SAP environments
