Job Responsibility

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications
Optimise report execution and Universe performance using techniques like aggregate awareness and query tuning
Provide production support, including issue resolution, ticket handling, and data load failure analysis
Conduct user training sessions on report generation and data interpretation
Manage report scheduling, distribution, and deployment, including integration with SAP ECC and BW systems
