This is a compelling opportunity to join a major organization as an SAP Business Analyst dedicated to enhancing global procurement operations. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure ICT initiatives align with overarching strategic goals. By focusing on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) optimization, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining how the organization manages its digital supply chain and vendor relationships through high-level systems analysis and process modeling.

Job Responsibility:

  • Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to define and document the business, technical, and functional specifications for ICT projects
  • Data Analysis: Interpret data to identify trends that inform critical ICT systems decisions and strategy
  • Process Mapping: Create detailed maps of business processes and systems using advanced modeling techniques
  • Risk Management: Evaluate risks associated with new ICT initiatives and provide actionable mitigation recommendations
  • Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams to bridge the gap between business and tech
  • Training & Support: Implement user training programs and provide ongoing support to ensure the seamless adoption of SAP systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within an ICT environment
  • Expert-level knowledge of SAP Ariba
  • Deep functional understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles
  • Proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) or similar mapping techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data trends
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in developing technical documentation and user training programs
  • 5 years experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
