Are you ready to lead the digital transformation of payroll processes for one of the top and most dynamic multinational companies in the Retail sector? We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst specializing in HR and payroll systems. You will act as the vital link between the business needs of the payroll department and their technical implementation. The role is full time, permanent and based in Thessaloniki. A hybrid working model is also provided.
Job Responsibility
Oversee implementation projects and system upgrades, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central & Payroll)
Design and execute internal testing for new releases and customizations, ensuring the smooth and stable operation of the systems
Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating communication with external consultants, technical teams, and partners
Participate in international workgroups aimed at automating workflows and preventing errors in payroll processes
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience
University Degree (BSc/MSc) in IT, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
At least 3 years of professional experience in roles related to payroll and HR systems
Proven track record in a SAP environment, ideally with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central)
