Job Description

Belden’s SAP Business Analyst - Data will support driving our SAP S/4HANA transformation by designing and deploying standardized, scalable, and efficient global business processes. This role is critical for harmonizing processes, establishing data governance, and enabling real-time decision-making across all business functions.

Job Responsibility

  • Gather and validate data requirements across assigned process areas
  • Contribute to the design of end-to-end global business processes within SAP S/4HANA
  • Support system and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system meets business needs
  • Participate in data preparation, validation, and migration activities
  • Develop or support end-user documentation, training, and adoption efforts
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and standardization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Workstream Leads, Change Management, Data & Governance, Technical) to ensure project success and data consistency
  • Recommend process/system enhancements and escalate issues impacting project integrity
  • Validate test results and converted data
  • approve training materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related analytical discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar or related field
  • Knowledge of ERP master data concepts, source-to-target mapping, data quality controls
  • MS Office programs
  • Written and oral fluency in English
