Job Description

The SAP Business Analyst - Coupa P2P will lead business analysis activities for the Coupa P2P implementation, acting as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT teams. This role requires strong experience in SAP Business Analysis and Coupa P2P implementations, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured and translated into functional designs. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience and a proven track record in large, global ERP programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering for Coupa P2P across AMER and EMEA regions
  • Facilitate workshops to document current-state and define future-state Procure-to-Pay processes
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data mappings
  • Support the design and validation of Coupa–SAP S/4HANA integrations using SAP SDIS and MuleSoft
  • Collaborate with SAP, Coupa, and integration teams to ensure alignment with standard P2P best practices
  • Support testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution
  • Ensure consistent application of global P2P standards, while accommodating regional and company-code-specific requirements
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, business rules, and solution design artifacts
  • Support change management activities, including training inputs and business readiness activities
  • Work closely with the IT Project Manager to track progress, risks, and dependencies using Planview

Requirements

  • 8+ years of strong experience as a SAP Business Analyst on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) initiatives
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa P2P implementations
  • 5+ years of solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA P2P processes, including: Requisition to Pay, Vendor Master, Invoicing, Payments
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with system integrations, ideally SAP SDIS and/or MuleSoft
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience delivering in large, global, multi-region ERP programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience working within structured project governance frameworks

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in multi-instance SAP landscapes
  • Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments
