Job Description:

As an SAP BTP & Security Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting Service Stream’s enterprise technology environment by overseeing governance, security, and operational management across our SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Reporting to the relevant ICT leadership, you will be responsible for managing global accounts and subaccounts, maintaining secure identity integrations, monitoring platform performance, and ensuring robust role based access controls that enable reliable service delivery across the organisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of SAP BTP Global Accounts, Directories and Subaccounts across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
  • Oversee service entitlements, consumption quotas and resource provisioning to ensure efficient cost and capacity management
  • Implement operational monitoring, auditing and log analysis to maintain platform performance, availability and security
  • Design, configure and maintain trust relationships between BTP subaccounts and corporate identity providers using SAP IAS
  • Define, implement and enforce role‑based access control (RBAC) and user access policies across the BTP ecosystem
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and security standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support troubleshooting, operational continuity and the delivery of secure enterprise solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement across BTP operations through automation, system optimisation and proactive issue prevention

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing SAP BTP within an IT operations or security administration environment
  • Strong knowledge of SAP IAS, identity management protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect) and trust configurations
  • Experience working with BTP services such as Integration Suite, Event Mesh and SAP HANA Cloud
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) to automate operational tasks
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes independently
  • A proactive, analytical and security‑focused mindset

Nice to have:

  • SAP Certification in Security or BTP Operations
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience working with large enterprise environments, cloud governance or multi‑tenant architectures
  • Exposure to audit processes, compliance frameworks or security governance models
