Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP BI Consultant to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation. As part of our Business Consulting division, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, collaborating with international teams and growing your expertise in enterprise solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Support clients in defining reporting and analytics needs, translating business requirements into effective BI solutions
Design and implement data models using SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), ensuring alignment with business processes
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other systems
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), ensuring data quality and consistency
Conduct testing and validation of BI solutions, supporting users during UAT and go-live phases
Provide training and documentation to ensure client autonomy in using BI tools
Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI methodologies and best practices within the team

Requirements:

Experience with at least one of the following platforms: BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud
Background in Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence projects
Motivated to learn and explore different technologies
Good knowledge of one or more relational databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
Experience working in cross-functional teams and in client-facing roles
Ability to document technical and functional specifications clearly and concisely
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in dynamic project contexts
Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments
English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

Academic background in mathematics, computer science, or statistics
Experience with SAP Datasphere or other cloud-based data platforms
Familiarity with predictive analytics, machine learning models, or integration with AI tools
Knowledge of frontend tools for data visualization beyond SAP (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, R) for advanced data manipulation
Understanding of business processes in specific industries (e.g. manufacturing, retail, utilities)
Previous experience in consulting or working in fast-paced, multi-client environments
