Participate and/or conduct discovery sessions for small to large-scale process improvement projects to identify opportunities for Automation
Partner with Process Improvement analysts to design TO-BE process flow using Lean Six Sigma principles
Develop and maintain the backlog, write user stories with completion criteria, create testing plans, and maintain the ongoing Automation related initiatives for a defined value stream
Partner with the business area subject matter experts, technical automation teams, solution architect and Product Manager to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of end-to-end design, build, and deployment of Appian application into production
Engage with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements in user stories, detailed acceptance criteria, test cases, and deployment plans
Work with the scrum master and product manager to facilitate the planning and execution of the Appian initiatives. Partner with leaders to plan product increment and sprint planning sessions for assigned initiatives
Coordinate with the business, product manager, and technical team to identify and provide support for solution designs related to production issues and enhancements
Apply Agile processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet stated objectives
Mentor junior team members to integrate them into the team with the objective of a high-performing, self-sustaining team

Senior Expertise in SQL & SAP HANA: Deep knowledge of HANA Studio, SQLScript, and performance tuning is mandatory
ABAP Knowledge (Strong Plus): Ability to read, debug, and understand ABAP logic to translate legacy code into modern SQL/HANA views
Data Engineering: Proven experience in ETL, database integrations, and data modeling

Job Responsibility

Own the design, development, and deployment of complex internal control frameworks
Bridge the gap between intricate IT constraints and critical Business/Compliance mandates
