The SAP Basis Consultant role at NTT DATA involves managing SAP systems and providing support for various modules.   • Manage SAP systems and provide support for various modules
  • work in multiple shifts 6AM to 2PM or 2PM to 10PM or 10PM to 6AM shift need to swap based on the project requirement
  • SAP Basis Technical for Traditional AMS Services
  • support ECC, PI, BW, APO, GATP BODS systems
  • Acknowledgement / Cleaning of alert logs, cleaning/ archiving of transport logs/ import queues
  • RFC Link Maintenance
  • System performance monitoring
  • Offline/ Online backups at SAP level and backing Up
  • Checking and Creating CBO Statistics
  • Searching for Missing Indexes
  • Memory Management: Page In / Pages Out, Memory Management: Ext. Memory/ Roll In/ Out etc.
  • Installing SAP License
  • Configuring the System Log
  • Setting Up Logon Groups
  • Installing Printers
  • Sending System Messages
  • Profile Generator: Maintaining Activity Groups/ Roles
  • Operation mode maintenance
  • Activities on SAP Net
  • Management of the Transport Management System (TMS)

  • Automatic Note application through SNOTE
