Job Description:

The SAP Basis Consultant role at NTT DATA requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in SAP Administration and support for various SAP modules. The consultant will work in multiple shifts and support 24/7 operations. A graduate degree or equivalent experience is required. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. Preferred candidates will have SAP Basis Certification. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support ECC, PI, BW, APO, GATP BODS systems
  • Work in multiple shifts 6AM to 2PM or 2PM to 10PM or 10PM to 6AM
  • Support 24*7
  • Provide SAP Administration, Support packages, Printer config, BEx installation, Solution Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Administration and support for various SAP modules
  • Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture
  • Demonstrated analytical / problem solving skills
  • Ability to consider IT and business challenges
  • Solid influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources
  • Strong client service attitude
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to physically perform general office requirements
