We are in the process of standardizing and optimizing our finance and controlling processes across entities. • Support monthly closing and reporting for several Dutch entities in EU Dealership (P&L, balance sheet, KPIs) in a reviewing role
  • Prepare and analyze margin development, including price/mix/volume and product/channel profitability
  • Compare Actuals vs Budget and Prior Year, explain variances and propose follow-up actions
  • Assist in the annual budget and periodic forecast processes
  • Perform standard costing checks and margin analysis together with local teams
  • Support the design, testing and implementation of SAP changes and new functionalities
  • Help ensure data quality and consistency in SAP (master data, cost centers, profit centers, etc.)
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses for management (e.g. commercial performance, customer profitability, projects)
  • Contribute to further standardization and automation of finance and reporting processes
  • Support the review and documentation of SOX controls
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting, controls and finance processes

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics or similar
  • 2–3 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis or audit
  • Practical experience with SAP
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proactive, curious and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working with multiple entities/brands and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • able to both challenge and support the business
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage
  • Dutch is a strong plus
