Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the delivery of the core SAP Readiness projects within NP&R
Ensure projects meet strategic objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints
Act as the primary liaison between NP&R and the SAP Programme
Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver the SAP Readiness projects
Engage with NP&R stakeholders and the SAP Programme Management team
Drive the successful deployment of SAP solutions
Enhance operational efficiency
Support business and strategic initiatives
Ensure that SAP projects are delivered on schedule
Guarantee the quality of project deliverables
Represent NP&R as the designated point of responsibility within the SAP Programme
Ensure that business strategic goals are considered in SAP Programme initiatives
Maintain alignment with key stakeholders
Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Manage and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle
Lead and manage the NP&R project team’s tasks
Support the SAP Programme Managers to collaborate across all programme workstreams
Provide regular updates on project status
Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams and stakeholders
Manage changes to project scope
Ensure that NP&R colleagues are prepared for changes brought by SAP implementations
Ensure that SAP projects comply with relevant industry regulations and standards
Ensure projects follow best practices and methodologies
Requirements:
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills
Risk management and mitigation strategies
Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW)
Knowledge of SAP implementation and integration processes
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Decision-making and critical thinking skills
Change management expertise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
