Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SAP Ariba and MM Specialist with strong hands-on expertise across Ariba modules and SAP MM processes. The individual should bring robust experience in leading SAP procurement-related initiatives, developing interfaces, managing enhancements, and delivering project documentation in an agile environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Work on SAP Ariba as the primary functional area and SAP MM as the secondary, delivering end-to-end support
  • Manage and enhance interfaces, reports, and data migration assets across SAP modules
  • Prepare functional specifications, technical specifications, and test scripts
  • Configure all Ariba modules including P2O, Guided Buying, Sourcing, and Invoicing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile projects to address business needs
  • Support development, rollout, and migration activities across various project phases

Requirements

  • Graduate or postgraduate in engineering, business, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in a lead role handling SAP MM and Ariba
  • Strong SAP MM/Ariba knowledge and hands-on interface development experience
  • Skilled in system enhancements, data migration, and report handling
  • Familiar with S/4HANA Simple Logistics (advantageous)
  • Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and non-verbally
  • Team-oriented collaborator who thrives in agile working environments

  • Partner with senior procurement, finance, and supply chain leaders to establish governance, decision frameworks, and design authority, balancing global standardization with local compliance requirements
  • Govern large-scale PTP transformations and rollouts, orchestrating onshore–offshore delivery through ERP CoE, ensuring quality, timelines, cost efficiency, and adherence to architectural standards
  • Embed internal controls, segregation of duties, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance into PTP processes, closely aligned with GRC, tax, and finance controls
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and innovation (e.g., touchless invoicing, supplier collaboration), while building strong PTP functional and architectural capabilities within the Carrier CoE DHI
